West Bros Furniture has a showroom in High Point, North Carolina. It is open to the public to view and or purchase by the trade only. The showroom is located at 220 South Elm Street, High Point, North Carolina USA 27260.

We provide several custom options. Each furniture piece you select from West Bros Furniture is specially made for you, in your choice of finish, fabric and other options.

Other custom options are possible at an extra charge, that can include selecting a different wood species, size change, unique order fabric or use of customer supplied fabric. For a quote on custom order requests, please send an email with the details to

We manufacture to your exact customized requirements and depending on the products you have selected, local delivery, shipping or store pickup typically requires 6 to 10 weeks.

As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you via your preferred contact method of the expected date of shipping.

Smaller items tend to ship by courier, and most furniture ships with full-service In-Home Delivery by our Authorized Furniture Retailer. Your cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order.

Local Delivery
When choosing "Local Delivery," you will be asked to enter your postal or zip code; This will assist us to select the local delivery service provided by our Authorized Furniture Retailer. Using an experienced furniture retailer is the preferred method. If "Local Delivery" is not possible, you will need to choose either "Shipping" or "Store Pickup."

When choosing "Shipping", we will confirm if we can arrange transportation by In-Home Delivery Service that we have selected for your location.

Store Pickup
When choosing "Store Pickup", you will be provided 1 or more Authorized Furniture Retailer nearest to your location. Please select the most convenient retailer.

Yes, we can ship all over the world. Please contact us for a quote for countries outside of the United States and Canada.
