RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We take pride in quality products customized by you and handcrafted by us. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. All of our furniture is customized and is non-returnable, so please ensure you have taken the appropriate measurements and understand installation instructions before placing your order.

We are available to help walk you through these decisions. Please call us with questions at 519-364-7770 or email sales@westbrosfurniture.com. If you live nearby one of our Authorized Furniture Retailers, the knowledgeable sales associates will be able to answer any questions and assist you with your purchase.

When receiving your order and while delivery representatives are present, please inspect furniture thoroughly and note any damages to the product or packing on the bill of lading. If you sign for the merchandise with no exceptions noted, you acknowledge that it is free from defect or damage and West Bros Furniture shall not be responsible for repairs. If your concerns are written on the bill of lading and the product is deemed damaged or defective by West Bros Furniture, we will repair or replace all or part of the furniture at our expense.

The furniture must be in its original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware and receipt included, to receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will provide return shipping labels for defective product or shipping errors.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom configured items.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy

Original Receipt: Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are not refundable, and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Cash & Check Refunds: Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
